Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to PrintPacifica and your placing of print orders through our platform. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order — for example if artwork violates these Terms, pricing was clearly in error, or we cannot verify payment. An order is confirmed when we approve it for production.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Product prices are generated by our pricing system and shown before you pay.
• Your order total is subtotal + shipping + applicable sales tax, less any discounts, calculated on our servers at checkout.
• Your card is authorized at checkout and charged when your order is approved for production (manual capture). If we cannot capture payment, we may cancel the order.
• You are responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes, which are shown at checkout where we collect them.

Artwork and proof responsibility

• You are responsible for the content, accuracy, spelling, colors, layout, and legal right to use all artwork and text you provide.
• You represent that you own or are licensed to use everything you submit and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
• Where a proof is provided, we produce what you approve. Once you approve a proof or your files for print, you are responsible for errors it contains.
• Printed color may vary from what you see on screen; monitors are not calibrated to press output.

Turnaround and production times

Production time is separate from shipping time and is an estimate, not a guarantee. Turnaround begins after you approve your proof/files, not when you place the order. Rush options, where offered, affect production time only.

Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping is charged as a flat rate per order (free over any stated threshold) and shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order enters production. Once production has begun on a custom product, the order generally cannot be cancelled.

Returns, reprints, and refunds

Because our products are custom-manufactured to your specifications, they are not returnable for buyer's remorse or approved-proof errors. If your order arrives defective or does not match your approved proof due to our error, contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos; at our option we will reprint the affected items or issue a refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Your content license

You grant us a limited license to store, reproduce, and process your artwork solely to produce, ship, and (for your account) enable reorders. We do not use your artwork for any other purpose.

Prohibited content

You may not submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that we reasonably deem abusive or harmful. We may decline or cancel such orders.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated, our services and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
