- Production and shipping are separate — a fast shipping method does not shorten production time.
- Turnaround starts once you approve your proof, not when you place the order.
- Larger or multi-product orders may ship in more than one box, sometimes on different days.
- Tracking is emailed automatically as soon as your order leaves our facility.
- Holidays and severe weather can add time to carrier transit — we will flag known delays.
- Need it for a specific date? Ask about rush production before you order.
- Shipping is a flat rate per order (free over the stated threshold), added at checkout with your sales tax.
