PrintPacifica ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you browse our site or place a print order, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to printpacifica.com and our checkout and account services.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email, and password (stored hashed) when you create an account, plus optional profile details.
• Order and checkout information — items configured, quantities, billing/shipping name and address, email, and phone if provided.
• Artwork files — print-ready files you upload or send us to produce your order.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or expiry on our systems; we retain only a payment reference and status.
• Usage information — pages viewed, actions taken, device/browser type, and similar analytics, collected via cookies and Google Analytics to improve the site.

How we use your information

We use your information to price and produce your orders, process payments, provide proofs and order updates, deliver your products, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve our products and site.

Payment processing

Card payments are handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. Your card is authorized at checkout and charged when your order is approved for production.

Artwork storage and retention

We store the files you provide to produce and, if needed, reprint your order, and to make them available for reorder in your account. You may request deletion of your files after your order is complete.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to run the cart and account, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect checkout.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the business: with print production partners and carriers to fulfill and ship your order; with service providers such as our payment processor and hosting/analytics vendors under confidentiality obligations; and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account information from your account page or by contacting us. Depending on your state (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain processing. Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
